Yes, we provide OEM & ODM customization services. Customizable options include dimensions, materials, colors, logos and packaging. Please feel free to contact us for quotations and custom procedures.
Q2:What certificates do your batteries have?
Our batteries support certifications including UN38.3, MSDS, CE, IEC62133, RoHS, UL and UKCA. Relevant documents can be provided on request.
Q3:What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T, L/C, D/P, PayPal, etc. Payment terms are negotiable.
Q4:What are your delivery terms?
We support EXW, FOB, CIF
Q5:How long is the delivery lead time?
We support EXW, FOB, CIFSamples take 7–15 working days. Bulk production takes 25–35 working days after your details are confirmed.
Q6:Is this product safe?
It is short-circuit & overheat protected, explosion-proof and eco-friendly. Sea transport report and MSDS are available.
Q7:What is your MOQ?
MOQ varies for different battery models. Normally our minimum order quantity ranges from 50 to 100 units. Please contact our sales team for exact MOQ of your target item.
Q8:How long is your product warranty?
We provide a 12-month quality warranty for our batteries and chargers. Within warranty period, free repair or replacement is available for non-human-caused defects.
Q9:Can I order samples first?
Yes, sample orders are available. Please contact us for sample cost and freight.
Q10:Do you test all batteries before shipment?
Yes, every battery will go through strict inspection before delivery.
